Are you:

  • 10-15 years old?
  • keen on the countryside and nature?
  • interested in flying and learning about birds of prey?

Every Tuesday 4.30pm-6.30pm
from 17th April, 2012 for 10 weeks

After School Club activities may include:

  • bird handling and training with a variety of species
  • incubation and rearing chicks
  • learning about the history of falconry and why we fly birds of prey
  • tracking, lure swinging and equipment making
  • building nest boxes
  • art workshop with Paul Betchley, to include photography and drawing birds
  • wildlife filming
  • presentation skills

These session are for those who would like to get close to, learn about and enjoy the company of birds of prey.

Cost: £190.00 for 10 sessions.
Includes: all course materials * refreshments * Certificate - on completion of the course
