Family Fun With Raptors

Booking Conditions

  1. Minimum age for children attending this course is 6 years old. Adults are classed as aged 16 or over.
  2. Your voucher is valid for 10 months from the date of purchase, and contains an expiry date inside the card. Please book your experience session before the expiry date shown. Once the voucher has expired, the experience and any related monies are forfeited.
  3. This is a pre-booked event. The diary is normally booked up approximately two months in advance, so early booking is strongly recommended for you to get your choice of date.
    1. These sessions are held on specific dates during weekends and school holidays throughout the year.
    2. To book, please call the office between 9am and 5pm, have your voucher number and a selection of possible dates to hand. Please make a note of the date and time booked for the event- we do not send out any confirmation or reminders.
    3. At the time of booking, please notify the office of any special needs, disabilities or special dietary requirements
  4. A minimum of seven days notice is required to alter or cancel a booking.
    Any alteration or cancellations notified after this time will result in forfeit of the event and any related monies.
  5. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. However they can be transferred if the recipient is unable to attend. Please notify the Trust if you wish to transfer to another person.
  6. This experience is an outside activity, and is therefore weather dependant. The Trust will make a decision to run or cancel the event by 2pm on the day before, based on the latest weather forecast.
    1. Please contact the office after 2pm on the day before your experience date to confirm that weather conditions are suitable for the event to take place.
    2. If the event has to be cancelled by the Trust, a mutually suitable alternative date will be found.
  7. Accompanying Guests:
    1. Only the persons booked on the experience may participate. No additional participants are permitted to join the experience for any reason including taking photographs.
    2. Any accompanying visitors, not booked on the experience session, may enter the Trust after 10.30am and normal admission prices apply.
    3. You may be joined by guests for lunch. Lunch guests must notify Duffy’s Coffee Shop of their intent, and pay for their meals before 11.00am.
  8. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Avoid bright colours, and bring a waterproof in case of inclement weather.
  9. All necessary training and equipment are supplied.
  10. Bring a camera if you wish; the Trust is more than happy for you to take photographs as a memento of your day, and your hosts will be on hand to take pictures of you with the birds.
  11. The Trust reserves the right to vary the content and format of any event.
