Closing date for entries is 31st December 2012. All entries must be covered by an entry form.

Images should be sent electronically to webmaster@hawkconservancy.org. Images may be sent as a batch, without size limitation, using the free file transfer service www.wetransfer.com (or similar). The images may alternatively be sent as email attachments, and may be resized to a minimum of 1600 pixels on the longest side. If sending as email attachments, the size of each email with its attachments should not exceed 10MB. It is OK to send images spread across a number of emails.
