If your school group is more than 15, there will be a discount of 10% off standard ticket prices. For schools and college groups with more than 40 people, the discount is 15%. For school and student groups, one adult is admitted free for every 10 students. Additional adults pay the standard rate. All children MUST be supervised during the entire time at the Trust and to ensure adequate supervision, we require one adult to every ten children. This includes visits to the Trust shop, toilets and coffee shop

Please make sure that you book your visit at least seven days beforehand, in order to qualify for group discount rates. Please book with us before booking your coach. All coach drivers are given free admission to the Trust and a refreshment voucher that can be used at Duffy's Coffee Shop.

Please note that if travelling by double-Decker bus, you cannot approach from the A303 due to a low bridge. The maximum height under the bridge is 13 feet 5 inches (4.09m)

There is ample free parking for cars and coaches.

If you are unlucky enough to pick a wet day, there is no problem with a last minute cancellation, but please call and let us know.

We would advise an ideal length of visit to be from 10.30a.m. to 2.40p.m. (if possible) so that children have ample time to visit all the facilities at the Trust, and to view both the school-based 12noon and 2pm displays.

Refreshments are available from our coffee shop, although schools can bring packed lunches. There are picnic areas available, and lunch can be left in the coach until required.

If any child handles or touches any of the birds or animals please make sure that their hands are washed at hand washing stations or at the toilets.

We hope that this information will help plan your trip to the Trust. If you need any further information or wish to book your school trip, please phone our main office number on 01264 773850 (select Option 6) during normal office hours.
