The Hawk Conservancy Trust offers a unique setting for festive gatherings and Christmas dining for both families and corporate clients.
As an award winning visitor attraction we pride ourselves on offering a high standard of hospitality and customer care and we aim to make your visit as special as possible.
Book your Christmas meal in the Griffon Rooms and, over a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie, meet some of the Trust's feathered stars in your own private flying display, and have the chance to hold a British Bird of Prey.
Make your way upstairs to the Eyrie to be seated at your festively decorated table. Here we can offer you a selection of home cooked traditional dishes, prepared by our hardworking and enthusiastic cooks, using fresh local quality ingredients. The Trust is fully licensed and can offer an extensive wine list to compliment your meal. Relax and enjoy yourselves for the evening, and for your convenience cars can be left over night in the Trust car park.
Don't forget to visit the Trust shop on your way home where you can find a wide selection of Christmas gift ideas.
Couples and smaller groups are catered for on specific dates throughout November, December and January, please ask for more information
