A large print welcome sheet is available in the gift shop on arrival for those with a visual impairment.
For wheelchair users we have tarmac paths around the grounds and level access to all public buildings. We have special wheelchair friendly viewing areas in the flying grounds and the hides. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for free loan, and three powered scooters can be used for a minimum £1.00 donation towards Shopmobility. Please contact the Trust office to pre-book use of the chairs.
There are designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders at the entrance to reception and accessible toilets are just inside the entrance to the grounds.
Benches and seating areas can be located throughout the grounds for rest breaks.
Assistance dogs are permitted at the Trust but please keep them away from the aviaries as they may frighten our birds.
