Only children aged 12-15 are able to attend our Junior Falconers'
experience sessions.

Experience sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 children
per day.

These sessions are run on specific dates during school holidays
and weekends, subject to availability, and must be pre-booked. Sessions
book up very quickly, especially at weekends and often several months in
advance, so it is advisable to book early.

Please book your experience session before the expiry date
on the voucher, or you will forfeit your day and any monies paid.

Once you have booked your experience session, we ask that
you phone the main office number after 2pm on the previous day to check
if weather conditions will affect it going ahead.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations at less
than seven working days notice. If you cancel after this time, you will
forfeit your experience session and any monies that have been paid.

It may be necessary for the Trust to cancel your experience
session at short notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs
we will do our best to offer you an acceptable alternative date Please note
that the Owl Experience is a an outdoor activity and therefore will only
be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.

Please note that only the child booked on the course may
attend. Any person accompanying you who is not on the course, can be admitted
after 10.30am when the park opens to the general public, and can enjoy the
full range of activities the Trust offers. (normal ticket prices will apply).
There will be an opportunity during the day for a maximum of 2 guests per
person to view one of the flying sessions, to see you handling a bird. Please
advise your host on the day if you have any guests who wish to attend, and
you will be advised of a time and meeting place

Please wear comfortable clothing, nothing too bright, and
bring a waterproof in case of inclement weather.

The Trust is more than happy for photos to be taken as a
memento of your day, so please bring a camera. Your hosts will be on hand
to take photos of you with the birds.

All training and equipment required for your session, and
tea/coffee are included in the cost of your day.

All Gift Vouchers are non refundable, however if the gift
recipient is unable to attend they maybe transfered to another individual.
