Only guests aged 16 and over may attend our photo as an
individual guest. However younger visitors (minimum age 10 years old) may
attend the course if they are attending with an adult aged over 16 years
old (Course fee will apply to both participants).

These days are run on specific dates from 16th February,
2008 until the end of October, and then weekends between November 2008-February
2009, subject to availability. These sessions must be pre-booked,
and as they book up very quickly, especially weekends,
it is advisable to book early.
To book your day please phone our main office number selecting option 6,
between 9am and 5pm weekdays, with details of the date you require and your
gift voucher number. At the time of booking please let us know about any
disabilities, special needs or dietary requirements.

Please ensure that you book your Conservation Day before
the expiry date on the voucher, or you will forfeit your day and any money
paid.

Once you have booked your day, we ask that you phone the
main office number after 2pm on the previous day to check if weather conditions
will affect it going ahead.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations at less
than seven workings days notice. If you cancel after this time, you will
forfeit your day and any money that has been paid.

It may be necessary for the Trust to cancel a Conservation
Day at short notice, due to foul weather or other circumstances outside
the Trust's control. If this occurs, we shall offer you a mutually acceptable
alternative date.Please note that Conservation Days are a mainly outdoor
experience and will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.

Please note that only the person named as attendee may attend
the course. Any person accompanying you who is not on the course, can be
admitted after 10.30am when the park opens to the general public, and can
enjoy the full range of activities the Trust offers. ( normal ticket prices
will apply). Accompanying guests may meet up with you for lunch. They should
inform a member of staff on arrival, to ensure spaces are allocated, and
normal menu prices will apply.

Please wear comfortable clothing, not too bright, and bring
a waterproof in case of inclement weather.

The Trust is more than happy for photographs to be taken
as a memento of their day, so please bring a camera. Your hosts will be
on hand to take photos of you with the birds.

All training and equipment required are included in the
cost of your day.

All Gift Vouchers are non refundable, however if the gift
recipient is unable to attend they maybe transferred to another individual.
