The Hawk Conservancy Trust is experienced in providing all its visitors with a great day out, and this experience can be adapted to meet the needs of corporate clients.

We offer a choice of rooms suitable for meetings or small conferences or presentations, with our upstairs room offering the facility of a balcony for welcome drinks, lunch or to take time out to watch one of our flying displays. Areas are also available for marquees or display stands.

Our room hire charge for the Griffon Rooms includes the use of both floors, allowing meetings to take place in one venue and lunches and refreshments to be served in another. However, if you wish, our upstairs room the Eyrie can be hired separately.

We can also provide illustrated talks about the Trust and its work, guided tours of the grounds and bird handling sessions which can be included in your day.

The Trust is full licensed and can offer a range of catering facilities from sandwich lunches, BBQ’s to three course meals.

Meeting room hire charges includes; use of meeting room and facilities 2 servings of tea/coffee and soft drinks, OHP/screen & flipcharts, water and Trust welcome booklet.

During your day at the Trust your guests have full access to the Trust grounds and any of the daily events being held.
