The Hawk Conservancy Trust is experienced in providing all its visitors with a great day out, and this experience can be adapted to meet the needs of corporate clients.

We offer the hire of the ground floor and first floor in our modern built Griffon Rooms, which are suitable for meetings, presentations or small conferences. Plus, there are also areas available for marquees, gazebos or display stands at the Trust.

The Ground Floor area is fitted with audio/visual equipment for presentations and screenings, and can seat up to 50 people theatre-style. There is a lift to the first floor. The Eyrie Room on the first floor can seat up to 45 theatre style and also boasts a balcony, which allows you to survey the grounds, enjoy a welcome drink or take lunch whilst watching the birds flying.

We can also provide illustrated welcome talks about the Trust and its work, guided tours of the grounds and bird handling sessions.

The Trust is fully licensed and can offer a range of catering facilities from sandwiches to buffets lunches, and from BBQ’s to three course meals.
