Functions and Parties

The Hawk Conservancy Trust provides a unique venue for:

Our Venues

Our purpose-built Griffon Rooms in the middle of the Trust’s stunning grounds are perfect for your function or occasion. One or both of the fully accessible floors can be hired for all kinds of events and the upstairs balcony means you get your own special view of our stunning displays in the Savannah Arena as part of your party.

Feathers Restaurant is also available for hire and can seat more than 100 people, providing catering for all dietary requirements whether it’s part of a casual buffet or a celebratory three course dinner. Take a look at our sample menus.

Children's Birthday Parties

At the Hawk Conservancy Trust, our special children’s birthday parties will make your child a VIP for the day! They’ll officially start the duck or ferret race, fly an iconic owl and receive a birthday message flown ‘Harry Potter-style’ from an owl.

Our experienced and dedicated staff will keep the party fun and stress-free with plenty of activities on offer, followed by a great party lunch or tea. We can even supply party bags and invitations so you can enjoy the party just as much as the children will!

Private Evening Events

During the spring and autumn months we run special Owls by Moonlight evenings giving visitors the opportunity to step into the magical world of owls during twilight hours. In the summer we run Sky Hunters at Sunset evenings that see falcons, owls and vultures take to the skies soaring, swooping and gliding against the backdrop of the setting sun.

Both of these evening events can be booked for a private function allowing you and your guests to enjoy exclusive use of the park with a private flying display. A celebration dinner or light buffet can also be incorporated to the evening.

Take a look around

All income generated through events, weddings and functions supports the work of the Trust. Whilst you enjoy our beautiful location, dedicated staff and excellent facilities, you'll also be helping to support our conservation, rehabilitation, research and education projects for birds of prey across the world.
