Set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, The Hawk Conservancy Trust is a venue like no other. With 22-acres of stunning woodland featuring a seven acre wildflower meadow, the grounds make the perfect backdrop for your day. We have a team of dedicated staff who will be on hand to make sure your special day goes as smoothly as possible – so you can relax and really enjoy your day.

The Perfect Venues

We offer a choice of unique venues for you to hold your ceremony, reception and evening celebrations.

The Trust is easily accessible with close rail and airport links and ample free parking. The grounds and buildings are fully accessible and wheelchairs can be booked for your guests.

The Griffon Rooms and The Eyrie
  • Nestled in the middle of the Trust’s grounds, our Griffon Rooms can accommodate up to 70 people over two fully accessible floors.
  • The Griffon Rooms are fully licensed for weddings and have private toilets, baby change and disabled facilities, a lift to the upper floor and ample space for a ceremony and daytime reception.
  • The bright, airy upstairs room – The Eyrie – can accommodate 55 people for a ceremony.
  • You and your guests can sit on The Eyrie’s balcony, enjoy some wedding day drinks and watch the Wings of Africa display over our African Savannah from your own special vantage point.
  • The balcony also offers stunning views for unique and beautiful wedding photographs.
Feathers Restaurant
  • With seating for 100 guests, Feathers Restaurant is a light, bright and versatile space with beautiful views of the Trust. There’s room for a live band or DJ and even space for dancing!
  • Feathers Restaurant is fully licensed and has an extensive wine list as well as a large choice of soft drinks, beers, lagers and spirits.
  • The restaurant can be specially arranged and decorated to meet your needs.

    All income generated through events, weddings and functions supports the work of the Trust. Whilst you enjoy our beautiful location, dedicated staff and excellent facilities, you'll also be helping to support our conservation, rehabilitation, research and education projects for birds of prey across the world.
