Assistant Curator Sam with a corporate groupOur corporate events can range from pure bird handling sessions where your guests can handle and fly a range of raptors including owls, hawks, vultures and eagles, to combined events where training sessions in our meeting rooms can be incorporated into the day. If you are looking for challenges or competitions these can also be included and will be based on a bird related theme.

Ashley receiving the HSA Business Excellence through People awardWhilst here, guests will have full access to the grounds of the Trust, as well as behind the scenes access with guides, not normally available to the general public. Full training and all equipment required for bird handling sessions are included.

The Griffon Rooms, our corporate venue, is on two floors, and is set in the centre of the Trust’s 22 acres of grounds. The upstairs room, The Eyrie, also has a balcony overlooking our flying arena - for welcome drinks, lunches or the chance to take a break and watch a flying display. Both floors are fully accessible with a lift servicing both floors. There are also separate areas available for product launches, display stands and marquees, which can be for your exclusive use.

We can provide illustrated talks about the Trust, its history and its work, guided tours of the grounds and flying displays can be included as part of your day (at a small additional cost).

If you are looking for an evening event, may we suggest our Owls by Moonlight nights. Groups of up to 45 people can have the unique opportunity to see our owls wide awake and at their best. Supper, guided tours and two illuminated flying displays are included in the delegate price (minimum of twenty adults).

Many companies contact the Trust with a view to holding an away day where their staff can spend a day working at the Trust to help its aims and objectives. This may involve staff turning their hands to painting the Trust's buildings, building new or refurbishing aviaries for our birds, or generally lending a hand to improve facilities for our visitors. Maybe your team could help build nest boxes for our Fund-A-Bird scheme which helps provides homes for birds of prey in the Hampshire/Wiltshire area.
