Children's Birthday Parties!

If you are looking for somewhere different to hold a birthday party, why not have

Tractor and trailer ride

Duck race

On arrival the children will be given an introductory welcome, and this will be followed by a tractor and trailer ride around Reg's Wildflower meadow. The birthday boy or girl will have an owl fly to him/her with a special birthday message, and all the other children in the birthday party will have the opportunity to hold a British bird of prey. The child's birthday will be announced during the flying demonstration, and the birthday girl or boy will have the opportunity either to help with the Duck Race after the 12 o'clock demonstration or the Ferret Race after the 3.30pm demonstration. The rest of the day can then be spent in our 22 acres of grounds where, as well as viewing our Birds of Prey, you can complete our Raptor Passport trail and enjoy our adventure play area. (Children must be supervised at all times, whilst visiting the Trust)

Please note that during winter opening tractor rides will not take place due to ground conditions, but a suitable alternative activity will be arranged. Sorry for any disapointment.

• Cartons or cans of drink can be supplied instead of orange squash for an additional 95p per child.
• A birthday cake can be supplied (either chocolate, lemon or coffee) for £8.00, but you are welcome to bring your own - we can supply the knife for cutting the cake.
• If you wish to give party bags to your children's guests, we can make them up to the value of your choice with suitable children's items from the Trust shop.
• The cost per child will be £12.00 including entry ticket. One adult will be admitted free of charge for every 5 children. Additional adults will pay the standard ticket charge of £9.75 each.
• The cost of a birthday party without the birthday tea will be £8.50 per child including entry ticket. One adult will be admitted free of charge for every 5 children. Additional adults will pay the standard ticket charge of £9.75 each.
• To ensure maximum attention and to give the best possible experience, we do not host more than one party at a time. Parties can be held either in the morning or afternoon, which means we can only host a maximum of two parties on any day. In order that you are not disappointed, please do check with the office by phone or email , to confirm that your chosen date and time are available before issuing invitations.
• A non-refundable deposit of £12 is required with all bookings. This will be deducted from the final payment.
• Please note that any parents arriving to collect children from the party will not be admitted to the grounds unless the full ticket price is paid. Please arrange for children to be collected by the meeting place sign in the Hawk Conservancy Trust car park (near the main reception entrance).
