Running over October half term: Saturday 24 October – Sunday 1 November

Over the October half term enjoy an autumnal day out in the Hampshire countryside, surrounded by the beauty of nature as the seasons change, and our beautiful birds swooping and soaring overhead. PLUS spooky added extras for this week only – all included in your ticket price!
If you go down to the woods this week, you’re in for a spooky surprise! For this week only, our Woodland Wonders flying display transforms into our special Spooky Owl Show. Bring the family along to enjoy this exclusive display with special effects and spooky storytelling. Be prepared to duck as our mystical owls swoop overhead!

As well as our world-class flying displays, there’s plenty going on during our daily timetable to fill your day! Let the kids blow off steam on our free Sprit of the Forest Trail – will they be able to solve riddles on the giant pumpkins and collect letters to claim a Halloween sticker? Included as part of your spooky half term visit.

The Turkey Vulture is most famous for its well-developed sense of smell and ability to find carcasses beneath the forest canopy. Because of this, they’re often followed by other scavengers like Black Vultures, which often try to steal their food.
