Ticket/voucher holders

If you have a ticket or voucher that you would like to use to book a visit to us with, please read through the below to find out how you can use your ticket or voucher.

E-TICKETS

Please contact us on 01264 773850 or info@hawkconservancy.org to book a date for your visit. We will need your ticket reference and please have a selection of dates in mind.

PRINTED TICKETS

If you have a printed ticket to come and visit us, please see the below instructions for how and when you can use these:

FREE TICKETS ISSUED FOR ADOPTERS

Thank you for adopting one of our birds. If you have not used your free ticket that was issued as part of your adoption, please call a member of our team on 01264 773850 and we can pre-book your visit. We have extended the validity of your admission tickets to cover the closed period and to give you a longer time to use your ticket.

FREE TICKETS OR DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS/ENTRY/ADMISSION

As we are still restricting the number of visitors, we can only admit a small number of discounted or complimentary tickets. There is an allowance each day for these tickets, once these have been taken, we will need to ask you to choose another date. These tickets cannot be booked online. Please email us at info@hawkconservancy.org with your contact details and preferred date to visit and a member of our team will come back to you.

TESCO VOUCHERS

From Monday 19 July, we will be accepting Tesco Vouchers. We can only admit a small number of Tesco Voucher tickets. There is an allowance each day for these tickets, once these have been taken, we will need to ask you to choose another date. These tickets cannot be booked online. Please email us at info@hawkconservancy.org with your Tesco Voucher Reference Number(s), contact details and preferred date to visit and a member of our team will come back to you.

AFTERNOON TEA WITH ADMISSION VOUCHERS

If you have a voucher for this experience and would like to book, please call 01264 773850. This cannot be booked online.

CARERS

If you are visiting as a carer accompanying a visitor will special needs, please call our team on 01264 773850 to book your visits. Carer tickets cannot be booked online.

The Turkey Vulture is most famous for its well-developed sense of smell and ability to find carcasses beneath the forest canopy. Because of this, they’re often followed by other scavengers like Black Vultures, which often try to steal their food.
