Christmas Afternoon Teas

From Saturday 13 December 2025 to Tuesday 6 January 2026, our Afternoon Tea offering will transform with an exclusive festive menu running for this time period only! Indulge in delicate finger sandwiches, with delicious festive flavours like Turkey and cranberry, a twist on the classic scone with mincemeat and brandy butter, plus tempting sweet treats including an indulgent chocolate and Baileys cake.

Christmas Parties

Christmas parties at the Hawk Conservancy Trust offer a unique and enchanting way for your friends, family or work group to celebrate the season. You can unwind surrounded by nature, knowing your celebrations are supporting conservation. You could even make a full day of it, watching our team of winter birds take to the sky from your own special view from our Griffon Rooms balcony. Make this Christmas ‘do’ one you’ll never forget!
