Fine dining takes flight at this special evening, where our Head Chef will be serving a sumptuous five-course meal with an exclusive wine-paring menu provided by Elegant Wines!

Join us for an evening of elegant dining, where our Head Chef Kierran will use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to create an exquisite menu. Alongside a luxurious meal, you can choose to indulge each course with a unique wine pairing, with bottles sourced from around the world. From heavy-bodied oaky flavours to light and delicate structures, each glass will compliment the delicious flavours of our food for a wonderful dining experience.
