- Prizes as stated above. Tickets may be for all adult or adult/child groups but children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Feathers Restaurant voucher can be used in full or part payment for food and/or non-alcoholic drinks only. No change will be given.
- The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
- Winners will be selected at random and contacted via email after the closing.
- The Hawk Conservancy Trust reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice.
- The competition is open to UK residents only (excluding residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
- Employees of the Hawk Conservancy Trust as well as their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
- Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Hawk Conservancy Trust reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
- The prize excludes: any form of insurance, any accommodation, travel to and from the Hawk Conservancy Trust, any personal expenses and spending money, any additional events or experiences at the Trust, or items from the gift shop.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the Hawk Conservancy Trust for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
- Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries are permitted.
- If the prize is not claimed or we are unable to contact the winner within seven days of being drawn, another winner will be drawn at random.
- Pre-booking your visit is advised (for members and non-members) if you would like to guarantee your visit for a chosen date. We have a capacity limit in place. It is possible to visit without pre-booking and pay at reception on arrival, subject to spaces being available. If we are fully booked, we will not be able to let you come in. If you are concerned about availability before visiting, please call our office team to check – lines are open every day between 10am and 4pm.
- The Trust is open every day except: Monday 16 November to Friday 11 December, 2026, Friday 25 and Saturday 26 December, 2026, Tuesday 5 January to Friday 12 February, 2027.
