Join us for a special evening to kick off the festive season. You will be welcomed by the festive sounds of The Blue Horizon Handbell Ringers. Join in with Christmas carols, both traditional and modern, under the night sky accompanied by Test Valley Brass. Warm up during the interval with mulled wine and a mince pie. We’ll also invite you into the magical world of our owls during the evening as you witness our beautiful owls twist and turn in the night sky and skim silently over the top of your head.
Father Christmas will be stopping in at Feathers Restaurant ahead of his impending worldwide voyages. Children will have the opportunity to meet Father Christmas in his grotto, as well as meeting an owl and our two miniature donkeys, plus biscuit decorating.

We offer a range of experiences to suit anyone wishing to get closer to our birds and learn more about them. These intimate sessions are limited to small groups of six guests, with two members of our team guiding them.
Come face to face with our cute and curious team of Burrowing Owls. We’ll invite you into their burrow where they’ll fly, hop and run around you – they may even use your head as a perch! Admission charged in addition to encounter session, or purchase together at our special offer price of £29.50 per person.
